When do I see the full title?

What happens after I confirm it?
Encore prepares the demand-backed rights details. Your theatre submits the request during beta and adds showtimes once rights are confirmed.
What if I can’t license the film?
If licensing isn’t possible, there is no beta fee to recover. You can leave the request open or choose another high-demand title.
Am I committing to a screening immediately?
No. Beta requests are free and do not publish a screening. You can review demand and prepare the first booking; publishing waits until rights are confirmed and Encore verifies the live ticket link.
