These terms cover your use of Encore.Film. By using Encore, you agree to use it responsibly and in line with these terms.
Using Encore
Encore lets people request movies they would see in theatres and helps theatres evaluate local demand. You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for using the service lawfully.
Requests and screenings
A request is a signal of interest, not a ticket purchase, booking, reservation, or guarantee that a screening will happen. Published screenings, ticket links, showtimes, refunds, and venue operations are handled by the theatre or ticketing provider.
Theatre tools
Theatre-facing tools are intended to reduce guessing by showing demand signals and workflow information. During beta, rights requests and licensing decisions remain the responsibility of the theatre and rights partner unless Encore separately agrees otherwise.
Content and availability
Movie metadata, images, showtimes, demand counts, and ticket availability can change. Encore may update, correct, remove, or limit content and features as the product evolves.
